Job Description

You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience and the ability to work on both ECC and S/4HANA projects for customers globally. You should have at least 1 implementation or rollout experience and be proficient in all RICEF objects in core ABAP such as Data Dictionary, Reports, Programs, Enhancements, Forms (SAP Scripts, Smart forms, Adobe forms), and Interfaces (BAPIs, IDOCs). Additionally, you should be able to work on ABAP on HANA projects, learn niche skills quickly, and communicate effectively with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. It is essential for you to be able to write detailed technical designs. As part of the Infosys consulting team, your responsibilities will include actively supporting the consulting team in various project phases like problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will need to explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research, create requirement specifications, define processes, and detailed functional designs. You will support configuring solution requirements, diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives. Furthermore, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. If you believe you can assist clients in their digital transformation journey, this role is for you. Your role will also involve understanding SAP coding standards and best practices, leading a team of 4 junior developers, working in an AGILE way, estimating user stories, and supporting leads and managers in sprint planning. Good to have technical skills and experience include SAP certifications, Workflows, FIORI, ODATA, APIs, PROXIS or AIFs, CDS Views, AMDP, S/4HANA Implementation or SoH experience, experience in HANA upgrade projects, and developing automation in SAP using ABAP.
