Sap Abap Developer

Be a part of the SAP CoE to support and work on enhancement and implementation of SAP custom objects in ABAP. Define WRICEF and perform end to end development.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide the best-in-class solution recommendations.
• Integrations with other modules within SAP and other applications in the ecosystem.
• Provide solution for SAP S/4 HANA for ABAP and leading requirement gathering, solutioning, architecture, design, build, deployment, and support.
• Ensures all aspects of SDLC are followed in support, enhancements, and project execution.
• Work with close collaboration with the cross functional teams including suppliers, development teams, infrastructure teams, database administration, Network support, 3rd party system providers etc.
• Establish world class standards in documentation, best practices for solution maintenance, support model and project execution for SAP.
• Support the business teams in organizational change management, test management, key user training, documentation of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with SAP ABAP on S4HANA build and testing.
• Responsible for ABAP development based on the functional specs
• Have worked on FI, MM and warehouse management
• Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST/HTTP POST)
• Implement complex ABAP programming, testing and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules (across applications).
• Have knowledge on Fiori apps and standard implementation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by the client and provide solutions promptly
• Collaborating with business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specification
• Keep contact with functional Teams/Leads, and build professional relationships. Engage professionally with clients when required.
• Work independently with Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Create technical documentation, technical designs, development activities, and system configurations
