Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1.Develop and enhance CRM components using ABAP programming language. Implement and manage Business Add-Ins (BADI), user exits, and other SAP enhancements to meet business requirements. 2.Collaborate with functional teams to understand CRM process requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 3.Provide technical expertise and support for CRM processes, including contract management, quote processing, and service management. 4.Ensure high performance and reliability of CRM solutions through effective design and coding practices. 5.Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development. 6.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. 7.Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP CRM technologies and recommend improvements. 8.Proven experience with BADI, user exits, and SAP enhancement frameworks. Strong understanding of CRM processes, including contract management, quote processing, and service management.
