Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service through voice calls, resolving queries and concerns of customers. Translate complex technical documents from English to Sanskrit with high accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information to clients in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications such as translation software for efficient workflow management. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding client data privacy. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of Sanskrit language with excellent translation skills (English to Sanskrit). Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure during peak hours. Proficiency in using computer applications including translation software for efficient workflow management.
