*Location:* Tapovan, Rishikesh

*Type:* Full-time (on-site)

**About the Role**

As the face of Sangha Nova, you will be the first point of contact for our distinguished guests — including international wellness visitors, doctors, and retreat participants. You will ensure a seamless check-in experience, handle guest inquiries with warmth, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**

Greet guests with elegance and professionalism

Manage check-in/check-out processes smoothly

Handle phone calls, messages, and reservations

Coordinate with housekeeping, spa, and clinic teams

Maintain guest privacy and uphold confidentiality

Support event and retreat operations as needed

**Requirements**

Excellent *English communication* (spoken and written)

Polished and professional demeanor

Strong sense of *discretion and confidentiality*

Prior hospitality or front office experience preferred

Comfortable with technology (POS, booking systems, WhatsApp/Zoho/Excel)

Calm under pressure, reliable, and detail-oriented
