Plastic Surgeons – Full-Time & Hourly/Case Basis

Location: Mumbai & Thane

TerraMD is expanding its surgical and aesthetics services in Mumbai/Thane and is seeking skilled Plastic Surgeons to join our growing team.

About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated, qualified, and ethical plastic surgeons who are passionate about both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Opportunities are available for:

• Full-time positions within our clinical and surgical network.
• Hourly or case-based arrangements for surgeons seeking flexible engagement.

Scope of Work

Our focus areas include, but are not limited to:

• Aesthetic Procedures: Mommy makeovers, liposuction, breast augmentation/reduction, facelifts, rhinoplasty.
• Body Contouring: Skin tightening and reconstruction post-heavy weight loss, abdominoplasty.
• Reconstructive Surgery: Cleft lip/palate, burns, scar revisions, trauma-related reconstruction.
• Adjunct Aesthetic Services: Minor cosmetic procedures, injectables (Botox, fillers), skin rejuvenation.

Responsibilities

• Perform elective and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
• Consult with patients, create surgical plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including dermatology, aesthetics, and urgent care.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards in patient care.

Requirements

• MBBS + MCh/ DNB in Plastic Surgery (recognized qualification).
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India/State Council.
• Minimum 2+ years of independent surgical experience preferred (exceptional fresh graduates may also apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in the Mumbai and Thane regions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
