We are looking a Unisex Hairstylist for our premium salon involves providing expert hair services (cuts, colour, styling, treatments) for men & women, conducting detailed client consultations to understand needs, maintaining impeccable hygiene, staying updated on trends, recommending products, and delivering exceptional, personalized customer service in a high-end environment. strong communication, sales of retail products, and contributing to the salon's luxurious atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage clients to understand desires, offer expert advice on styles/colours for different face shapes/textures, and manage expectations.
• Hair Services: Perform cutting, colouring (highlights, balayage, ombre), styling (blow-drys, updos), and treatments (keratin, deep conditioning) for all genders.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a spotless workstation, sterilize tools, and adhere to strict salon health/safety standards.
• Product Sales: Possess in-depth knowledge of hair care products and recommend/upsell them to clients.
• Trend Awareness: Continuously learn new techniques and stay current with the latest hair trends.
• Customer Experience: Create a warm, welcoming environment, ensure timely service, and build strong client relationships.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and support overall salon operations.

Requirements/Skills:

• Proven experience as a hairstylist, comfortable with both male and female clientele.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Passion for beauty, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in shifts and potentially stand for long hours.
• Relevant cosmetology license/certification.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
