Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and well-groomed Receptionist who can create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, manage front desk operations, and actively engage in promoting salon services and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner.
Handle appointment bookings, walk-ins, and client follow-ups.
Maintain client records and update service histories.
Promote salon services, memberships, and product sales.
Manage billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
Coordinate with stylists, beauticians, and management for smooth operations.
Handle client feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a strong sense of grooming and etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (POS, Excel, CRM, etc.).
Sales-driven with good convincing ability.
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,625.55 - ₹15,000.00 per month
