Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Clearly communicate service offerings and pricing.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Promote memberships and additional services.
• Ensure a positive client experience by attending to their needs and addressing any concerns.
• Pay close attention to detail and maintain a clean and organized salon environment.

Appointment Scheduling:

• Efficiently schedule appointments to avoid conflicts.
• Answer calls and book appointments promptly.

Administrative Tasks:

• Perform data entry tasks as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate records and avoid errors during billing and other administrative tasks.
• Participate in marketing activities as needed.

Operations:

• Maintain smooth daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• Multitask effectively to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including appointment scheduling software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
