LivArt Salon and Makeup Studio, a sister concern of the prestigious LivArt Beauty Academy, is a premium salon dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience. We are looking for a smart, friendly, and well-spoken Salon Receptionist to be the face of our salon and ensure our clients receive the best service from the moment they connect with us. Job Summary: As the Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and the heart of our front-desk operations. You will be responsible for creating a warm and professional atmosphere, managing appointments efficiently, handling billing, and ensuring a smooth and seamless service flow between clients and our technical staff across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Client & Customer Service: Greet all clients with a warm and welcoming attitude. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is impeccably clean, organized, and inviting. Handle all incoming calls and in-person inquiries with professionalism. Respond to customer inquiries and appointment requests via WhatsApp and social media platforms. Provide detailed information about our services, products, and current offers. Appointment & Schedule Management: Manage the salon’s appointment schedule with precision using our booking software. Coordinate with beauticians and stylists to ensure a smooth and timely service flow. Make confirmation calls and manage any rescheduling or cancellations effectively. Billing & Administrative Tasks: Handle all billing and payment transactions accurately using our POS system. Manage the cash counter and perform daily cash handling and reconciliation. Maintain and update client records with confidentiality. Provide basic administrative support to the Salon Manager. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is required. Experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is highly preferred. Education: Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or equivalent. Skills: A pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have language proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi . Basic computer knowledge is essential (MS Office, familiarity with booking software is an advantage). Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a busy front desk. Trustworthy with experience in cash handling. Availability: Must be able to join at the earliest. Why Join LivArt?
