We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Salon Manager to lead our Essensuals salon in Muvattupuzha. If you have a passion for beauty and customer service with strong leadership skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: Toni&Guy Essensuals, Muvattupuzha- Oneway Jun
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Availability: Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
• Supervise and motivate salon staff to meet sales and service targets.
• Maintain grooming standards, client service excellence, and salon hygiene.
• Handle customer queries, appointments, and complaints professionally.
• Support training and development of salon staff.
• Report performance and operational updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in salon operations/management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English & Hindi (Malayalam will be an added advantage).
• Professional, well-groomed, and client-focused personality.
