Salon Manager

We are currently seeking a Female Salon Manager for our upscale family salon. If you have a passion for beauty, exceptional leadership skills, and a flair for customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the salon industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations
• Manage staff schedules and performance
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance of the salon
• Drive sales and client retention initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in salon management
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to handle customer complaints with grace and professionalism

Preferred:

• Certified Makeup Artist – candidates with a background in makeup artistry will be given priority
