1. Operations Management:-

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the salon.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the salon is clean, organized and complies with health and safety regulations.

1. Staff Supervision

   :-

• Recruit, hire and trained salon staff, including hairstylist, receptionist and support staff.
• Schedule and manage staff shift to ensure adequate coverage.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the salon team.

1. Customer Service:-

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Monitor and improve the overall customer experience.

1. Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the salon budget, including revenue and expense forecasting.
• Monitor and analyze financial report, such as sales and profit margins.
• Implement strategies to increase salon profitability.

1. Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory of salon products tools and equipment.
• Coordinate product orders and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Track and control product wastage.

1. Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote the salon.

1. Quality Control:

• Ensure that salon services meet or exceed quality standards.
• Monitor the work of hairstylists to maintain consistency and quality.
• Implement and enforce hygiene and sanitation practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Certification in Cosmetology or related field is a plus).
• Previous experience in a salon or beauty industry environment.
• Proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good knowledge of salon operations, industry trends, and best practices.
• Familiarity with salon management software (appointments, billing, inventory).
• Basic understanding of cosmetology techniques and emerging trends.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and client-handling skills
