Job Description

The Salon Manager oversees the daily operations of the salon to ensure exceptional customer service, smooth workflow, and a positive and professional environment. This role includes supervising staff, managing appointments, maintaining inventory, handling finances, and ensuring compliance with salon standards and safety regulations.

Ensure clients receive excellent service from arrival to departure
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Maintain a welcoming and clean environment
supervise stylists, beauticians, receptionists, and assistants
Create staff schedules and manage attendance
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or support
Organize staff meetings and training sessions
Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency
Manage appointment systems and maintain client records
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Maintain salon cleanliness and equipment upkeep
Promote salon services, packages, and retail products
Implement marketing strategies and seasonal promotions
Monitor customer feedback and trends to improve services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
