Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ghaziabad. You will be working in a newly created team and will be given freedom of work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting Lustre's range of LED-based lighting products. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, preparing sales presentations and proposals, conducting sales meetings, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and client relationship management
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of LED lighting products and the lighting industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing preferred, Previous Sales experience in Sales in a Lighting Company preferred
