Job Description : We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives for our insurance broking company. The role involves promoting our insurance products to individuals, SMEs, and corporates across health, life, motor, property, and general insurance segments. Key Responsibilities : Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits, calls, and digital channels Promote Group Mediclaim, Motor, Fire, Property, WC, GPA, and Term Life Insurance Maintain client relationships and ensure timely renewals and servicing Work with internal teams to prepare competitive insurance quotes and presentations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Participate in marketing activities like seminars, lead generation drives, and exhibitions Requirements : Strong communication & negotiation skills Good understanding of insurance products (training will be provided) Ability to build and manage client relationships Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred Perks and Benefits : Attractive incentives & performance bonuses Training and development support Career growth opportunities within the broking industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
