Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales/Marketing Executive who will handle field activities such as data collection, lead generation, and achieving weekly/monthly sales targets. Candidates should have basic communication skills and confidence to clear the interview. Freshers with good enthusiasm are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits for data collection and market research.
• Generate leads through on-ground activities.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales/marketing targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers.
• Present company products/services clearly and confidently.
• Maintain daily reports and share updates with the team lead.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years(Freshers can apply)
• Basic communication skills (must be able to speak clearly and confidently)
• Must be comfortable with full-time field work
• Goal-oriented and target-driven
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and hardworking
• Ability to convince customers and handle objections
