Experience Required:

• 1 Salesman 2 to 4 years’ experience
• 1 Salesman – Minimum 1 year experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Store par customer ka warm welcome karna aur unhe professional service dena.
• Customer ke requirements samajhna aur unki kapdo ki trial se lekar final delivery tak assist karna.
• Customer ke sath positive relationship build & maintain karna.
• Store ka daily upkeep – cleaning, display arrangement, mannequins setting, aur overall neat & clean environment maintain karna.
• Store merchandise aur displays ko properly presentable rakhna.
• Grooming standards follow karte hue brand image represent karna.
• Daily, weekly aur monthly reports maintain karna aur timely management ko submit karna.
• Team ke sath milkar sales targets aur service quality achieve karna.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Languages: Hindi, Marathi, and English (mandatory).
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming & personality.
• Customer handling & service-oriented approach.
• Basic reporting & record-keeping skills.
• Positive attitude & team spirit.
