Job Description

RMC Autoparts is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality automobile accessories and spare parts such as side view mirrors, mud flaps, and mirror plates. We focus on delivering the best quality and price to our customers across India.

Job Responsibilities:

Visit retailers, garages, and distributors to promote and sell RMC Autoparts products.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective field visits and client follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
Explain product details, offers, and pricing clearly.
Report customer feedback and market trends to the company.
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 10th pass (12th or graduate preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in auto parts or field sales preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and convincing power.
Vehicle: Must have a scooter (two-wheeler) for market visits.
Must have good selling skills and a confident personality.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary + attractive commission/incentives based on performance
Opportunity to grow with the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,969.47 - ₹20,000.00 per month
