You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. You should have the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable fabrics, designs, or products based on their preferences. Additionally, you will be required to explain fabric types, uses, quality, and care instructions to customers. If necessary, you may need to measure and cut fabric accurately to fulfill customer orders. It is important to maintain a strong product knowledge of textile inventory, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers. Keeping the store tidy, organized, and well-stocked is also a key aspect of this role. In case of customer complaints, you should handle them efficiently or escalate them to the manager when necessary. Operating the billing system and handling cash/card transactions will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also assist in stock management, inventory checks, and restocking activities to ensure the store runs smoothly. Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall store performance are essential goals for this position. This is a full-time, permanent job with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus and yearly bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.,
