Job Description

Job Summary: We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesman to join our team in Nashik. You'll be the face of our company, responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting our products/services effectively, and closing sales to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a genuine passion for helping customers find what they need. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store/showroom/premises. Actively approach and engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and preferences. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all products, services, features, benefits, and pricing. Be able to confidently answer customer questions and provide detailed information. Sales Presentation: Effectively present products/services to customers, highlighting their advantages and how they meet customer needs. Conduct demonstrations where applicable. Target Achievement: Work diligently to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Address customer concerns, handle objections professionally, and ensure a positive buying experience. Lead Management: (If applicable) Collect customer contact information for follow-up, manage leads, and pursue potential sales. Merchandising & Store Maintenance: (For retail environments) Assist with stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring the sales area is clean, organized, and inviting. Billing & Documentation: Assist customers with the billing process, ensure accurate invoicing, and handle necessary sales documentation. Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights on products/services and market trends, communicating them to the sales manager.
