Role: Salesforce Support/ Salesforce Developer/Salesforce Business Analyst + Support

Key Responsibilities:

SOQL, Production Support, Debugging, Ticket Handling, Permission(Admin Part), QA Query from backend
Perform L1 support activities including issue triaging and resolution tracking.
Develop and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning framework.
