Salesforce Tester - Manual/Automation - Associate - Operate

Role Overview: At PwC, the software and product innovation team focuses on developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet clients" evolving needs. As a Salesforce Tester - Manual/Automation Specialist / Associate, you will be responsible for performing manual and automated testing for various Salesforce modules, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Salesforce administrators to ensure high-quality releases. Your role involves analyzing test results, troubleshooting failures, and recommending solutions for improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual and automated testing for various Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). - Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and automation scripts for Salesforce applications. - Implement and work with test automation frameworks using Selenium and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.). - Identify, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, or HP ALM. - Conduct functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications. - Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and recommend solutions for improvements. - Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: - 2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (manual and automation). - Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Experience in defect tracking and reporting using test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, HP ALM). - Strong test case design, test execution, and defect management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication and collaboration skills.
