Salesforce Tester - Manual/Automation Associate - Operate

As a Salesforce Tester (Manual/Automation) at PwC, your role involves performing manual and automated testing for various Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, executing, and maintaining test cases, test plans, and automation scripts for Salesforce applications. - Implementing and working with test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript). - Identifying, tracking, and managing defects using tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, or HP ALM. - Conducting functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications. - Working closely with developers, business analysts, and Salesforce administrators to ensure high-quality releases. - Analyzing test results, troubleshooting failures, and recommending solutions for improvements. - Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: - 2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (manual and automation). - Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Experience in defect tracking and reporting using test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, HP ALM). - Strong test case design, test execution, and defect management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication and collaboration skills. Nice To Have: - Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder). - Experience in Salesforce automation testing tools such as Provar, TOSCA, or Testim. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce testing. - Experience in API testing for Salesforce integrations.
