Salesforce Technical Consultant

As a Salesforce Consultant / Salesforce Technical Consultant with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications and solutions. Your role will involve working with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration to deliver scalable solutions, integrations, and enhancements that meet business requirements. You will collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables. Additionally, you will support the integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include participating in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications, developing and customizing Salesforce components, supporting integration with external systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for ongoing Salesforce enhancements. You will be required to debug, test, and document code to ensure quality and maintainability. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals such as data modeling, security, and sharing rules. You must possess hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder, along with basic experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages and standard modules like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential. Knowledge of version control tools like Git is considered a plus, and strong problem-solving and debugging skills are required. Effective communication and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are also crucial. While not mandatory, certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position.,
