Job Description

In this role at Salesforce, you will be a key player in delivering rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems within Salesforce industries. Your main responsibilities will include: - Turning program designs into configured solutions that meet customer needs. - Building out complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology and the platform toolkit. - Being involved in all project lifecycle phases, from design to deployment and post-production support. - Acquiring deep product knowledge of Salesforce Industries vertical applications and mentoring customer resources. - Acting as a champion in the wider Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem by sharing best practices and time-saving techniques. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following minimum requirements: - 3+ years of experience working on deployment teams with Agile development techniques. - Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations. - Experience in building solutions in the financial services industry. - Self-starter with a vision to help take the company to the next level. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to pick up new skills and technologies. In terms of technical requirements, you should be familiar with: - Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning) - Java, SOAP APIs, REST (JSON, XML) - Data modeling - Process modeling tools and best practices Preferred requirements include knowledge of OmniStudio, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Salesforce certifications, and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
