Position overview:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Technical Architect to lead the technology strategy for our Sales and Recruitment teams. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with proven experience in SalesTech, RecTech, or complex CRM/ATS environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business ambitions into intelligent, scalable solutions, architecting end-to-end technology ecosystems, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.

You blend technical expertise with sharp commercial awareness, enabling streamlined processes, smarter decision-making, and exceptional customer and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Architect end-to-end technology solutions for Sales and Recruitment operations, ensuring

system performance, scalability, and integration.

  • Lead design workshops, capture business requirements, and translate them into modern,

future-proof architecture.

  • Deliver architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, integration patterns, and security

frameworks.

System Integration & Optimization

  • Align CRM, ATS, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and internal apps into a

powerful, connected ecosystem.

  • Identify inefficiencies and engineer enhancements that improve productivity, reduce manual

effort, and optimize workflows.

  • Establish standards and governance for data quality, interoperability, and system adoption.

Innovation & Delivery Leadership

  • Evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage in talent acquisition and sales execution.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Vendor Teams to deliver solutions on time

and within budget.

  • Provide technical oversight during implementation, testing, and release management.

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Recruitment leaders, ensuring outcomes directly support revenue, productivity, and service excellence.
  • Develop roadmaps aligned with business goals, compliance needs, and digital transformation priorities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Engineer in SalesTech, RecTech, or CRM/ATS environments
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and ATS tools
  • Expertise in integration technologies (APIs, middleware, automation platforms)
  • Knowledge of data architecture, reporting, and analytics tools
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Certifications in architecture, cloud, or CRM platforms an asset
