Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Hyderabad or Chennai (Flexible Hybrid)

Mode: Full-time

Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm IST.

Experience: 12+ years (8 years in Salesforce, 5 years in Development, 3 years in implementations and migrations)

1. Expertise in Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and other modern UI techniques.
2. Must have expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein AI, Data Cloud & Experience Cloud.

Salesforce certifications preferred:

Platform Developer I, System Architect, and Application Architect are preferred.

• Lead end-to-end

  solutions ensuring efficient case management workflows.
• Design and configure

  Omnichannel routing

  to enhance customer experience and agent productivity.
• Drive

  Agentforce

  implementation and optimization for seamless customer-agent interactions.
• Lead

  Live Chat migration

  projects, ensuring minimal disruption and enhanced functionality.
• Provide

  technical leadership

  to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, configuration, and integrations.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee system integrations, security configurations, and data migration strategies.
• Ensure

  Salesforce platform scalability, performance, and compliance

  with enterprise standards.
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers and guide them in adopting best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise

• Salesforce Service Cloud
