Salesforce Technical Architect

As a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence, ensuring scalable architecture, and leading complex Salesforce implementations for enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business requirements. - Providing technical leadership to development teams throughout the SDLC. - Defining best practices for coding, design, integration, and security. - Developing and maintaining architectural standards, documentation, and reusable components. - Reviewing code, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring performance optimization. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA. - Guiding integration of Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. - Conducting architecture reviews and delivering high-quality technical presentations to stakeholders. - Ensuring compliance with Salesforce security guidelines and enterprise data governance policies. In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. - Expertise in Salesforce platform features such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. - Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Proficiency in data modeling, sharing rules, and security model in Salesforce. - Strong grasp of CI/CD processes, version control, and DevOps tools. - Hands-on experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation and migration projects. - Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA). - Experience with middleware platforms like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Prior experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
