Salesforce Team Lead / Developer Lead

As a Salesforce Technical Lead at CloudPeritus, you will be responsible for managing a team of Salesforce developers, overseeing the development of Salesforce solutions, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure implementations. Your role will involve combining hands-on development expertise with leadership skills to guide the team through complex projects and integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Salesforce developers, assign tasks, and manage deliverables. - Perform hands-on development in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica). - Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices. - Optimize Salesforce performance, ensuring bulk-safe triggers, governor limit adherence, and scalable architecture. - Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth project delivery. - Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and help the team grow their Salesforce expertise. - Support deployment processes using CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.). - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4-10 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 1-3 years in a lead role. - Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows. - Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events). - Knowledge of data modeling, sharing rules, and security in Salesforce. - Familiarity with DevOps and deployment processes (SFDX, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins). - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team management skills.
