Work youll do
As a part of the Salesforce Local Admin, you will:
- Support as primary system administrator for the Salesforce users (8000+ users)
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, leaders, application maintenance & development teams
- Identify and automate process to improve efficiency
- Work with team members and project lead to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new system enhancement requests.
- Work independently with members of the user community to help them meet the business requirements
- Assist in educating of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
- Updating and maintaining accounts, opportunities, contacts, Leads, campaigns and reporting & dashboard
- Data cleansing across all data objects for UK MF
- Manage ad-hoc request to support various business groups across organisation
- Produce customize reports/dashboard for users and business groups
- Maintain and update process documents
- Deliver excellent service in line with process requirements and ensure service level agreements are met
- Provide an employee focused experience through the timely and accurate completion of queries and activities
- Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure.
- Escalate more complex queries to the Team Leader or specific cases to the appropriate Salesforce support team.
- Contribute to wider projects and initiatives in the CBS as required.
- Take responsibility for keeping up to date on Deloitte policy and process developments.
- Maintain own continuing professional development to ensure advice given is appropriate and of a high quality.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation always.
Data Maintenance & Integrity
- Champion data quality and integrity – overseeing a network of Geo Data Stewards as well as interlink with teams such as Data Management Services, SWIFT, Opportunity Reporting etc.
- Provide regular data health and progress summary to NSE Salesforce Lead and Programme Team to monitor data quality, data integrity, performance against KPIs, etc.
Other duties:
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to build Salesforce Reporting network and community for UK MF: Salesforce, C&I, Industry, Business, etc.
- Support ad hoc development of materials for key Executive, leadership meetings
- Provide support to the NSE Salesforce Lead, NSE Salesforce Programme Team, Geography Clients & Industries Leaders on ad hoc reporting requests
- Co-ordinate and oversee network of Reporting champions across Salesforce Geography network
- Test, challenge and review options to improve and streamline reporting and analytics, insights to enhance Leadership updates from Salesforce
- Key point of contact for all UK reporting and analysis queries and support
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2PM to 11PM (IST)

The Central Business Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Advanced knowledge of CRM and Salesforce systems; Experience with Salesforce reporting, Einstein Analytics functionality and design preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly present complex data and distil complex data analysis in a simple way
- Finance, Strategy and/or Operations background with a wide understanding of C&I data, account management, pipeline tracking and reporting required to run a complex business.
- Solid understanding of professional services organisation client data structures and ability to make sound observations and recommendations quickly.
- Strong programme and project management skills
- A self-starter who is proactive and flexible with the ability to operate in
- A remote working environment within a team in a complex fast-moving environment
- Highly self-directed with ability to prioritise across competing demands in an agile way.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty - proven ability to take initiative and progress projects within incomplete information, make decisions amidst a degree of uncertainty.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and build trust with variety of stakeholders, across all levels/grades
- Proactive looking for opportunities to continuously improve UK MF pipeline and marketing data
- Ability to work at all levels of the organisation to achieve a result, in particular strong experience in working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
