Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Support Manager Location: Pune / Remote Experience: 12+ Years Position Type: Full-Time / Contract (Flexible) Key Responsibilities: Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage day-to-day operations of Salesforce support and enhancement projects. Interface with stakeholders and customers to understand and deliver project expectations. Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with customers to review progress and align goals. Support Oversight: Plan and manage L1/L2 support activities effectively. Monitor ongoing enhancement requests and allocate resources accordingly. Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of issues. Project Delivery & Risk Management: Define and document project plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Mitigate risks and eliminate project blockers to ensure smooth execution. Track progress and generate SLA and performance reports for internal and external review. Process & Communication: Use project management tools for documentation, tracking, and reporting. Provide clear and regular communication to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Uphold quality assurance standards to ensure successful project outcomes. Required Skills & Experience: 12+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce support/project delivery roles. Proven experience in project and stakeholder management . Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture , processes, and common enhancement needs. Expertise in risk management , SLA tracking , and performance reporting . Exceptional written and oral communication skills . Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.). Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams . Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant). Experience working with global teams and clients .
