Job Description

As an experienced professional with 10 years of experience, your role will involve engaging with clients to gather and document business requirements, current processes, and pain points. You will be responsible for translating these business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Conducting gap analysis between existing systems and desired Salesforce functionality will also be a part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will own the creation of user stories, process flows, wireframes, and solution documents. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements, current processes, and pain points. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations. - Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions. - Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and desired Salesforce functionality. - Own the creation of user stories, process flows, wireframes, and solution documents. In the area of Presales Consulting, you will act as the face of the solution during client pitches, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses. You will partner with the sales and delivery team to craft customized Salesforce solution proposals and conduct detailed product demos tailored to client industry, processes, and use cases. Your role will also involve preparing estimation models, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps. Additionally, you will participate in client discovery workshops and lead consultative conversations to position Inno Valley Works as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the face of the solution during client pitches, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses. - Partner with the sales and delivery team to craft customized Salesforce solution proposals. - Conduct detailed product demos tailored to client industry, processes, and use cases. - Prepare estimation models, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps. - Participate in client discovery workshops and lead consultative conversations. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce solution engineer / Presales/ Consulting roles. - Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one additional product (e.g., FSL, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud). - Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to lead workshops, demos, and discovery sessions confidently. - Proven experience in crafting proposals, SoWs, and solution decks.,
