Salesforce Solution Engineer (CPQ)

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of solutions on the Salesforce platform and other CRM technologies, including CPQ related designs on the Salesforce platform. You will need to complete solution architecture documents and artefacts in line with organization standards and attend architecture review boards to present solution designs. Collaborating closely with business partners, you will define solutions and work with project teams to ensure the solution aligns with the vision. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing data to support assessments and recommendations, as well as supporting the transition of new projects into delivery teams and ongoing governance. In addition, you will provide guidance on the strategic direction of technology to contribute to the development of the enterprise architecture. You will identify Salesforce technical solutions and ecosystem products that address requirements and engage in hands-on Salesforce solution development, utilizing both declarative configuration and programmatic development. It will be essential to explain complex technical matters to non-technical audiences and demonstrate a broad understanding of Salesforce products such as Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Revenue. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include designing solutions related to other CRM technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture, with extensive knowledge of Salesforce CPQ. A deep understanding of the entire quote-to-cash journey in Salesforce is required, along with the ability to translate client requirements into Salesforce CPQ designs by leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible. You should possess a good understanding of the Salesforce Eco-System and other CRM Technologies, as well as exposure to multi-cloud environments. Expertise in leading and implementing technical solutions, excellent documentation skills, and strong communication skills are also essential for this position.,
