Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-facing Salesforce Solution Architect to support our pre-sales efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams, customers, and delivery leaders to craft scalable, best-fit Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce and Platform use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their business goals, pain points, and technology landscape.
Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with client needs.
Create compelling technical proposals, solution blueprints, and effort estimates for RFPs/RFIs.
Present solutions confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support deal closures.
Build and demonstrate functional prototypes, proof of concepts, and product demos when needed.
Stay updated with the Salesforce product roadmap, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

Deep expertise in core Salesforce products Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, best practices, and design patterns.
Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce is a must.
Exposure to Marketing Cloud, AppExchange Development or MuleSoft is a plus.
Prior experience in responding to RFPs, estimating efforts, and preparing technical solution documents.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and vice versa.

Certifications:

Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (Required)
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) a big plus
Additional certifications in Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud preferred
