Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Solution Architect. The role is located in Bengaluru and Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include designing, developing, and implementing customised Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Solution Architect will engage with clients to gather requirements, create technical documentation, and ensure Salesforce best practices are followed. Additional responsibilities include coding, configuring, and troubleshooting Salesforce applications and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce.com Development
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration and overall Salesforce.com platform
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Salesforce certification is a plus
• Experience in project management and client interaction is beneficial
• Experience with C360 platform, Data Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft.
