Location:

Role Overview

Support Salesforces Service Cloud QA organization during a critical product release. Engineers will perform functional and integration testing for AI-enhanced features within Service Cloud, ensuring quality coverage across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end functional and regression testing for Service Cloud features
Review existing automation scripts (Selenium, Appium) and perform light maintenance as needed
Coordinate test cycles across U.S. and India teams
Validate integration flows with third-party and internal Salesforce tools

Required Skills

8+ years of hands-on SDET with full stack experience. ( Java is must )
Strong background in functional or manual testing
Exposure to automation frameworks such as Selenium and Appium
Familiarity with Salesforce or other large-scale enterprise applications
Experience testing AI-based or telecom-related product features (nice to have)
