Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for developing applications on Salesforce.com with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You should have a solid understanding of Agile Development and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Being able to work effectively in a team environment is crucial, along with having a keen sense of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience. Mandatory skills for this role include expertise in Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs. You should be proficient in Service Cloud functionalities such as Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs for custom-built portals (excluding experience cloud) and be able to deploy using Flosum. Advanced-level proficiency in Lightning web components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL, Configuring Salesforce Flow, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and experience in web technologies like HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs are required. Troubleshooting skills are a must-have for this role. Intermediate-level proficiency is expected in Salesforce Dataloader, Reports & Dashboards, Einstein analytical studio, Salesforce Administration, Deployment, Security Profiles, Permission Sets, and knowledge in Object-Oriented programming languages such as Java or C# is preferred.
