Project description

Our client is migrating all service operations to the Juniper Salesforce Service Cloud instance from HPE Salesforce Service Cloud instance

Responsibilities

Develop and customize Service Cloud features (Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, Knowledge).
Implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs.
Support deployments, bug fixes, and production support activities.
Collaborate with architects, admins, and business teams to deliver solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Skills

Must have

5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Service Cloud configuration and customization.
Familiarity with CI/CD, deployments, and version control.
Understanding of Salesforce security and governor limits.

Nice to have

Salesforce Developer / Service Cloud certifications preferred .
