Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.- Experience with integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with other platforms.- Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
