Job Description


  • Experience with Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.

  • Experience in Integration, CPQ and Billing.

  • Proficiency in Lightning, Apex, SOQL, Flows, Code Migration and Case Management.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes and code review.



  • Handle high-priority incidents and tasks, primarily related to CPQ and integration failures.

  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, with tasks assigned as JIRA stories.

  • Work closely with the Team Leads to translate business needs into optimal technical solutions.

  • Implement best practices and optimize existing code for improved performance in line with Salesforce releases.

  • Develop and maintain new Salesforce solutions using LWC, Flow, Apex, and JavaScript as needed.

  • Manage metadata and data deployment using Copado and Workbench.

  • Build and optimize RESTful integrations with external systems.

  • Manage asynchronous Apex processes like batch Apex and scheduled jobs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues.
