Salesforce Senior B2B Commerce Cloud Business Analyst

NTT DATA is seeking a Salesforce Senior Commerce Cloud Business Analyst to join the team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a qualified candidate, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects, including 1-2 years specifically working with SFCC. Your expertise should include a strong knowledge of Salesforce B2B or B2C Commerce Cloud, as well as a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, workflows, and best practices. Your responsibilities will involve conducting scope gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities, designing and optimizing business processes, and defining solutions. You should possess creative problem-solving and analytical skills to implement solutions that meet the business needs. Additionally, you will be required to lead or participate in design sessions, communicate design options to clients, and have experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods. Stakeholder management and client-facing skills are essential for this role, along with Salesforce certifications such as Sales and OR Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Admin. You should be able to identify risks, engage with cross-functional teams, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for improvements. Furthermore, you must have thorough experience in writing acceptance criteria related to various requirements and business rules.
