Job Description

Salesforce RLM Development & Implementation Design and develop custom Salesforce RLM solutions to support business processes. Configure product rules, price rules, discount structures, approval workflows, and templates. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the RLM system. Integration & Customization Integrate Salesforce RLM with other Salesforce clouds and third-party applications. Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Troubleshoot and resolve RLM integration and configuration issues. Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document RLM requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and solutions to improve sales processes. Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure RLM functionality. Implement best practices for testing, debugging, and deployment. Maintenance & Support Monitor and maintain the CPQ environment to ensure optimal performance. Provide ongoing support and training to users. Stay updated with Salesforce updates and CPQ best practices. 5-6+ yrs experience in Salesforce CPQ, Should have learned and done some POC for Revenue Cloud Certification in CPQ Excellent communication skills
