Job Description

Salesforce Release Manager1

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the end-to-end release management process using Copado
Configure and maintain Copado pipelines, quality gates, and automation processes
Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, continuous integration,
and deployment strategies
Manage sandbox refresh processes and environment synchronization
Create and maintain documentation for deployment processes
Schedule and coordinate releases with the Change Review Board (CRB)
Coach and mentor team members on DevOps best practices and Salesforce development
standards
Lead training sessions on Copado tools and processes
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development
Knowledge of Salesforce APEX, lightning components, APIs, webservices etc..
Ability to work on production tickets and small projects in Salesforce

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Salesforce development experience
2+ years of experience with DevOps practices and tools, MUST HAVE Copado
Salesforce Platform Administrator certification
Strong understanding of Git version control concepts
Experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with change management and release coordination
