Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with development and business teams. - Analyze and identify test cases for test automation. - Design and develop automated test scripts. - Analyze results of test runs and determine the reason for failures. - Lead the design and implementation of testing processes, tools, and frameworks. - Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on user story acceptance criteria. - Perform system integration testing, including API testing for integrated third-party applications. - Communicate with the team on bug triage, perform defect management, and work with the development team to verify defect fixes through the release cycle. - Lead, guide, and mentor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of the test cases and test procedures into suites. - Ensure proper configuration management of data and tools used for testing and traceability of the test to the test basis. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience (minimum 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce testing) in Automation OR manual testing. - Experienced with testing web and CRM applications. - Ability to design, create, and maintain test plans and test cases. - Proficiency in performing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. - Provide recommendations on testing strategies.
