Job Description

Location: Chennai.

Work Model: Onsite at delivery center with overlap to US (EST/PST) hours

Role Summary

We are looking for an Offshore QA Lead to manage quality assurance for a large-scale Salesforce implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. The QA Lead will oversee test strategy, manage the offshore QA team, and ensure defect-free delivery through functional, regression, and UAT testing.

Key Responsibilities

Define QA strategy and test plans across configurations, integrations, and data migrations.
Lead and mentor the offshore QA team, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Build and execute automated test scripts (Selenium/Provar) and Apex Test Classes.
Manage regression, end-to-end, and UAT cycles, ensuring readiness for release.
Track QA metrics, defects, and release quality, reporting to QA Manager and Scrum Master.
