Salesforce QA Automation

As a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer, your role will involve ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce Service Cloud applications. You will be responsible for manual and automated testing, REST API validation, performance testing, and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in validating complex business processes and integrations in a dynamic, global Salesforce environment. - Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and user experience of Salesforce Service Cloud applications. - Conduct REST API testing using tools like Postman to ensure accurate data exchange and integration flows. - Execute load and performance testing for REST APIs using JMeter to assess scalability and responsiveness. - Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements and Agile user stories. - Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure thorough test coverage and alignment with sprint goals. - Utilize Selenium WebDriver and related tools to build and maintain robust automation test suites. - Document and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution. - Generate and communicate clear and accurate test metrics and project status reports. - Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in manual and automation testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications. - Proficiency in REST API testing using Postman or similar tools. - Experience with load/performance testing tools and methodologies. - Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks. - Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. - Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). - Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - Knowledge of Salesforce data model, flows, and Service Cloud features.,
