Job Description

Role Overview:

Customer interaction and user research

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Expertise & Architecture:

    • Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce applications that align with customer and business needs.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices in design.
    • Collaborate with development teams to create solutions that leverage Salesforce features and APIs effectively.
  • Product Development & Management:

    • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, focusing on Salesforce-based solutions.
    • Define product roadmap and feature priorities based on business goals, technical feasibility, and customer feedback.
    • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other company platforms and tools.
  • Customer Engagement & Research:

    (This is a required aspect of the role)
    • Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges.
    • Conduct user research and gather feedback to guide product improvements and feature development.
    • Ensure customer insights directly inform product strategy, keeping the user experience at the forefront.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
    • Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategy clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce product management, with a focus on designing and building Salesforce applications.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce technical architecture, including experience with Salesforce integrations and custom development.
  • Hands-on experience in customer engagement, user research, and gathering feedback to inform product decisions.

    This is a mandatory requirement.

  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear and actionable product strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • [Preferred but not required] Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I.
