Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor for Salesforce initiatives, driving alignment between business strategy and Salesforce capabilities.
  • Requirement Ownership:

    Lead discovery sessions with C-level stakeholders and business leaders to capture complex requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Solution Design & Roadmap:

    Collaborate with architects and product owners to define scalable solution designs, roadmap planning, and integration strategies across Salesforce clouds and third-party applications.
  • Process Reengineering:

    Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements enabled by Salesforce best practices.
  • User Story & Backlog Management:

    Define and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in alignment with Agile methodologies, ensuring delivery teams have clear guidance.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Act as the bridge between business units, product teams, and technical developers, ensuring expectations are met at every stage of delivery.
  • Governance & Compliance:

    Ensure solutions comply with data security, GDPR, and Salesforce platform governance standards.
  • Change Management:

    Drive adoption and change enablement by creating training content, conducting UAT sessions, and supporting business users post-implementation.
  • Innovation & Best Practices:

    Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, emerging technologies, and recommend new features for business benefit.
  • Mentorship:

    Guide and mentor junior Business Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 12+ years

    of total IT experience with strong exposure to

    Salesforce CRM ecosystem

    .
  • At least

    7+ years

    as a

    Business Analyst in Salesforce projects

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Force.com platform

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    requirements gathering, business process mapping, and documentation

    .
  • Excellent understanding of

    Agile/Scrum methodologies

    and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce

    Administrator / Business Analyst certifications

    are a plus.
