About the Role

We are hiring Salesforce Order Management (SOM) professionals to join our team .The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of SOM solutions, designing orchestration flows, handling integrations, and ensuring seamless order lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement
Salesforce Order Management (SOM)
solutions.
Develop automation using
Flow, Apex, LWC, and Composite APIs
for order capture, fulfilment, returns, and refunds.
Integrate SOM with ERP, WMS, Payment Gateways, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud using
REST/SOAP APIs
.
Build scalable data models, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot production issues.
Implement secure communication with
OAuth2, JWT, and Named Credentials
.
Conduct
root cause analysis
and deliver long-term fixes and optimizations.
Collaborate with architects, QA, and business stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals.
Contribute to
Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
.
Stay updated on Salesforce SOM releases and recommend adoption strategies.

Technical Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce Order Management (SOM)
and order lifecycle processes.
Proficiency in
Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, SOSL, Aura
.
Expertise in
Flow Builder, Orchestration Flow Designer, Process Builder (legacy)
.
Experience with
Platform Events, CDC, Composite API
.
Strong integration experience with
ERP, logistics, and payment systems
.
Familiarity with
Salesforce Core Clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud B2C/B2B)
.
Hands-on with
Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines
.
